Our Story
ACT Property isn't built on theory — it's built on years of field work, property assessments, insurance claims, and a genuine understanding of what Texas property owners face.
Who We Are
ACT Property was born from a simple observation: property owners in Texas deserve a management and consulting partner who actually understands what happens when things go wrong. Most don't have that.
Our founder brings direct experience as a property adjuster — evaluating damage, working with insurance carriers, understanding construction scopes, and navigating the complex process of getting properties repaired and restored. That background is our foundation.
What started as a passion for helping people navigate difficult property situations has grown into ACT Property, a full-service firm offering property management, disaster consulting, construction coordination, and debris removal across Texas.
We're a newer business, but we're not new to this work. Every decision we make is informed by hands-on experience in the field — not guesswork.
